Fall Rally 2017

Important Payment Information:

Regular Registration is $15 and must be postmarked or emailed by 11:59 PM EST, September 13, 2017. Late Registration is $20 and can be sent in prior to Fall Rally or submitted at the door. Please make checks payable to Ohio District Circle K and mail to:

Registration Forms (see below) may be emailed to Sarah Roush (sarah@ohiokiwanis.org) and CCed to Abby Tyson (alt75@case.edu). Emailed registrations will not be considered complete until payment is received; Check must be postmarked by regular registration deadline to avoid late registration.

REFUNDS

Please submit refund requests to Fall Rally Chair, Abby Tyson (alt75@case.edu). Full refunds will be given for requests received prior to the regular registration deadline, September 13, 2017. A 50% refund will be given for requests received September 14-24, 2017. No refunds will be given after September 24, 2017. Emergency cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will need to be approved by Fall Rally Chair, Abby Tyson and District Administrator, Jon Freeman. All approved refunds will be issued within two weeks of the event’s completion.
